Jeremiah currently resides in Wasilla, AK with his wife and 2 small children. Jeremiah has a blue collar background in the trades. After graduating from Westwood College of Technology in Denver, CO, he spent 16 years in the commercial plumbing and heating industry where he helped lead a company doing $30,000,000 – $50,000,000 per year in revenue.
He transitioned in residential/commercial real estate sales, leasing, and property management in Nov.2018 where he is one of the top producing agents with-in his brokerage and state. Jeremiah brings years of real-world management and leadership experience to his real estate career.
Jeremiah’s goal with real estate investing is to create passive income through commercial real estate that will provide a lifestyle of freedom to his family and others.
After partnering on 2 large multifamily value add projects he saw first-hand the power of commercial real estate investing as a opportunity to create passive income and build wealth for his family and others. He started Rise 49 Capital Holdings with the goal of not only growing his own portfolio but also to help others capitalize on the opportunity commercial real estate investing can have on building a
lifestyle worth living.
Rise 49 has 2.9 million dollars of assets under management including 118 units of Storage/parking, 8 units of multifamily, and 3 mobile homes with vacant land to expand. Jeremiah is also invested as a limited partner on 168 units of multifamily in Illinois valued at around $9,000,000.
